My patio umbrella opens by pulling the strings that are threaded through pulleys. You then place a metal rod in the pre-drilled holes to keep the umbrella open. During the last storm, One pulley snapped off and the string is puddled on the ground. Can I rethread it? It was an expensive umbrella - opens to 13 feet.
