Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me please?

I own a Advent 7082 laptop, its been working fine with no problems but recently i needed to do a system restore, after doing so i now find my mouse keyboard and touch pad do not function not even allowing me to enter bios which has never been a problem before, now their is no response from any key.

I should also mention that windows will boot up but the desktop shows active screen recovery? which its never done before.
