Any DVD, CD, VCD doesnt play at all, player is brand new, but bought without guarantee, note - NO DISC alway appear on the player itself, and the view on my TV notices - ERR DISC. It doesn read any, even genuine media.
Is there any way to fix it? I dont believe lenses may be unclean, cause its brand new player.

Usually this is a good brand, because my nannan owns this model and it does play copies and stuff like that. Usually when it says this, it means the disc has not been encrypted/decoded correctly, meaning it is unable to read the discs. Wait a minute - have you still got the recept? That could work. It may have just been a dodgy laser. Either get it checked, or get it swopped. (Sorry if I sound rude)
