Samsung model: LN46A650A1F S volume goes to 100 all by itself we cannot do anything else with the remote or on the TV controls tried unplugging to reset no luck we took the batteries out of the remote no luck. We do get a picture the last channel we were watching but can't change it and we can turn volume down but goes right back up to 100.
