Thank you earle. Remove rubber gaiter at bottom of lever,slide up over knob,next remove foam sound deadening,think there is an arrow and marked on this so you put it on the right way,remove four bolts either torx30 or 8mm,gear lever should then lift up out of g/box.good luck
