how do I get the top off my dual flush armatige shanks toilet?

I have a noisey toilet and wish to change the diaphram but cannot get the top off the toilet

Don't know,but if it has a push button in the middle of the lid you usually unscrew the outer ring,they are only finger tight,screw it off and lift the lid,be at eye level when you lift it in case it is connected underneath.
