Pottern Netaheat 10-16 won't fire?

Since my original posting I don't think the clicking I'm hearing is the spark, It's quite faint and is coming from the base of the boiler, I'm guessing it's the relay. Does this throw any light on what might the problem?

sounds like the little plastic cable that holds the cable inside is `grounding `so spark goes elsewhere.
just have a look inside and see.
good old boilers

sounds like it's the spark generator you can hea clicking which means that it's at least attempting to spark. you may have a faulty ignition lead, electrode, gas valve or a blocked pilot. best to get an engineer in to look at it.
