can anyone hel[p fix 2nd & 3rd gears on a Renault Master 2.8TDi gearbox? ?

We have a gearbox to an ambulance that needs 2nd &3rd gears fixing already off the vehicle.(Been jumping out of 2nd & 3rd gears).
Box is Pf1AA013 from a W reg (2000) Renalut Master 2.8TDi.

sounds as if synchro hubs are worn,these are expensive maybe worth looking into sourcing a 2nd hand box
