The trigger gun part number 9.036-694.0 has split with frost over the winter. I am struggling to get a replacement part or trigger. Can someone help. Really can't afford a new pressure washer.
Gorky,
What type of epoxy did you use?
I tried a five minute, two ton epoxy, and let it cure for 24 hours and it failed.

I successfully fixed two of these with epoxy. It's important to grind down over the crack slightly to create a channel where the epoxy can go into and bond properly. After I fixed these I have used them about 20 times each with no issues. It doesn't mean it that they won't break again but at least I was able to buy me some more time.

Why not glue over the crack?

Hi Melanie,
Exact same problem. Frost split the SAME part and can't afford a new machine. Hope WE both find an affordable solution!!

Hi Melanie
Unfortunately you have to replace the whole 'gun' part which costs about £30. Check ebay.
I'm in the process of doin the same
good luck
