Help - our 2 year old has been playing with the remote control from her combi DVD/tv in her bedroom - it is an ALBA LCDW16DVDHDP

whatever she has pressed has resulted in us not being able to get sound at all - we have tried all the obvious - mute button etc to no avail

anyone any ideas?
