how can I fix my ford 6006E CD RDS EON?

The radio will not tune in to anything. CD is working fine, aerial is connected soundly. As soon as a preset is selected it just seeks and seeks......as does not tune in to anything on any band.
One day it was working fine the next day it had gone, there were no signs of failure?

Same problem with my galaxy radio/cd, happened before and had to get recon unit. Common fault on these radios, have just tried another unit in mine as same problem again and proved tuner gone again!!

try checking the cable for the aerial if its getting no signal it wont find a station.
has someone tampered with your aerial?
