how can i finout my radio reset cod?

how can i find out the radio reset code. the car radio is a philips car 400. its in a p registered vauxhall vectra. the radio is linked to the dashboard display. and is showing safe mode. help would be much appreciated. thank you. jim airdrie scotland

Jim what make of stereo is it ?
If its a blaupunkt i may be able to help, if so can you let me know what the numbers are.
The numbers are usually on the right hand side of the unit,
one set is stamped on the case , and the same number is also on a sticker with a bar code e.g(GM0300T137275)

A Vauxhall dealer should be able to help. Just quote your VIN (assuming its the original radio) and show proof or ownership. They may well charge a fee for this.
