UPVC Double Glazing - How to fix a loose Bar in Window?

Hi - I have UPVC double glazed windows. Each window has a bar that splits the pane into 2 running horizontally. This bar sits between the 2 panes of glass.

Initially, I thought the bar was part of the frame for security but it appears to be a cosmetic thing as one of the bars on one of my windows has slipped/come unglued from one side.

My question: how can I open/take out the pane of glass from one side of the window frame inorder to fix/glue it back into place?

Thanks for your advice/help upfront.

Andrew.

Hi Roy, thanks for the advice, much appreciated. I was hoping to fix this myself but doesn't appear to be the case.

Rgds,
Andrew.

Sorry but not that simple, the bar is positioned into the cavity and then sealed with hot melt glue. It is possible to split the unit but re-sealing is difficult even for a competent D.I.Y er,However a supplier or manufacturer of D/G units should be able to help,
