My softener and bleach cups will not empty. I have run several loads and they just remain full of water, not partially full, but FULL. Please help.

Remove the dispenser tray and dump out all dispensers, clean each compartment with a toothbrush, and then clean the compartment that holds the tray with a toothbrush. Only use warm water and toothbrush, because any cleaner you use will run through with your next couple of loads.
