how can i fix my TomTom go 500?

my sat nav will turn on but screen has frozen tried resetting device but know change please help

Did you try to reset it first ? On the bottom there should be a small hole. Use the end of a paper clip and press gently in that hole for about 10-15 seconds. Many times this works ona frozen Tomtom. Good luck
