Getting rid of the ice built up within the freezer?

Hi,
I have a LG Multi Flow Air GR-399SQ fridge/freezer, & sometime ago it started to built ice within the bottom drawer of the freezer compartment.

Can anyone tell me what's causing this, and how can it be mended.
