I have a people lounger sectional sofa bed with a recliner on one end and a recliner in the middle section. Both recliners have built in massagers but I can't get them to work. Turned recliner over, on the bottom there is a plug that you connect, but still doesn't work. Do I need something else like should it have come with a plug?
