how can i adjust the door hanging?

the door is a profile 22 7707 bs 7413 the door is hanging 40-50mm out of plumb and is trailing on the bottom edge.
please advise.

by adjusting the adjustable hinges on side of sash depending on what hinges u have there will be an allen key one in bottom for going up and 1 in side to go left and right usually covered by a cover cap but if your door has really dropped bad i would suggest re toe and kneel it taking beads out and re packing it o lock side if u never done this bfore i would get a fitter in
