motor not working, wiper wont move, can i replace it myself rather than go to expensive garages? its a 2000 16cc ford focus

have you checked fuses in car f55 and f56 if both ok then not too hard to change wiper motor go to breakers and ask if can remove your self (take wiper arms off then plastic scuttle panel under then screws and clips then 3 / 10mm bolts and wiring plug and I think 13mm nut and remove and reverse to fit )
