My Grandfather Clock Does Not Chimr?

Hi my Enfield grandfather clock works well in telling the time however it will not chime.What part needs to be replaced to allow it to chime again.Thanks Rob.

Couldn't be on silent or you need to oil the chiming train. Or is it over wound? Check it.
