how to fix a 6000cd?

my cd wil not play , when you insert the cd it just makes a ticking sound for a few seconds then ejects the cd or it will come up with E12 error. PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP.THANKS

i repair these daily bases as my work!

problem is replace deck

cd will not read problem (laser).
also maybe some thing inside happens also.
parking ticket or coins.

send to your dealer ford for repair kost around 130 euro!
new deck.
