when i take the washing out of my machiene they are covered in stains and the door and inside rim always have dirt on them like grit, none of the clothes we are washing are dirty to warrant this. I have put the machiene on several hot washes to try an sort the problem, do i need to drain the machiene? i have no idea how to do this.
