I also have the same problems, I have a RSH1DBRS model,purchased around 28 months ago from Comet. fridge is not cooling down, sitting around 14deg, fan is making a noise and it looks iced up above the vent compartment at the back on the inside of the fridge.like mentioned by some others the fridge is cool at the bottom and warm at the top, indicating that the cold air is not circulating within the fridge compartment. Does the xtended samsung waranty mentioned on the forum extend to all the RS models or just the RS21 mentioned by the watchdog.
