I have a Toshiba Regza C/X3030 series, we have been unable to watch DTV for a few days, normally it goes to dtv as soon as we switch on, but now it is showing a blank screen which gets darker and if we press menu button it doesn't stay on screen more than a second, we can still watch sky and analogue tv, does this sound like the same software problem that everyone else is experiencing. The tv is about 3 yrs old and i can't find the receipt.

37x3030DB Tv ,Just an update to my question, i rang the number other people have used 08448560730 option 2 technical help, i spoke to a nice young man called Matt, who immediately recognized the problem as a software issue as expected, due to digital switchover, i am now awaiting a call from a repairs place, chosen by toshiba who should call within 3 working days to arrange repair, I have been given a reference number to quote when they call, which enables free repair.
