i dont have the keys to my upvc lock and have to change it how do i do that without the keys ??

you will have to drill it out ,start with a pilot drill and work up,drill ,in the area were the key goes in. another way ,if you take the handles off, grip the barrel with mole grips,quickly waggle side to side .should snap barrel,its a bit of a knack, but have a go.
