Error 20 on ZanussiZWF 1631 W washing machine nor spining?

Machine works fine all through the cycle until the spin cycle then E20 appears on the screen. Can bypass this with controls. How can we fix it please?

E20 is a draining issue
remove the filter at the bottom right.shine a torch in to the filter housing once the filter has been removed and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely
