Bosch CLassixx 1200 Express?

The softner section of the dispenser is not working and softner remains untouched after a wash cycle. Both other dispenser drawers are working fine.

Deron,

Common problem with these machines, you will have to remove dispenser drawer and clean out the fabric softener, which will have blocked the sypthon tube. Next time you add softener dilute it first and dont add too much.
