how can i fix a lens default on my sony cybershot 7.2 camera?

Sony cyber-shot carl zeiss vario-tessar 7.2 megapixel
serial number 1536309 . The lens is not releasing or coming out. Seems to be stuck. Camera screen is reading 'access' and then asking me to 'turn off power and back on'. problem repeating itself each time.
