Fix Fault Roberts Ecologic 4

I have a Roberts Ecologic 4 DAB radio. I have set up presets but when I turn it off I lose them. Do I need to have batteries installed for these to be saved?

Bought our Roberts ecologic 4 two years ago and now sound has stopped working. Radio is otherwise ok. Any suggestions appreciated.

When radio is plugged into mains and switched on, there appears to be no volume and i have to pur my ear right to the the speaker to hear... even though its very faint. How can i fix it?

Is there a fix for the on/off button on my Roberts ecologic 1 radio. It needs to be pressed four or five times before it will latch. Sending it back will cost more than it is worth.

Plugged radio in ,mains light comes on ,I hit power button and nothing ,no display lights up nothing what's the problem? ,im lost .
