the machine has all the lights on but it not spinning.
its taking water in and i reset few times but the spinning not start

press and hold the start/pause button in for 5 seconds.hopefully it will reset.common issue is the drain pump being jammed.remove the filter and then shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely
