Binatone B430 won't connect to the satellite?

Hi i have a Binatone B430 that won't connect to the satellite, when i go to the GPS Receiver page it says INVALID under the compass picture, and the satellite grid is blank, any help would be gratefully excepted

you need to re-flash you rom, then reload all of your map software into the resident flash
