Hi my Zanussi Dishwasher does not operate at all the light for the wash cycle comes on but nothing happens, no filling of water, not humming etc. Any ideas?

hi my dishwasher starts then then after two minutes it goes back to the start then flashes for restart. this is for all the programmes expect rinse which is fine.
