sorry forgot to mention that on the flow and return pipes on the rack there should be a couple of `o` rings,dont know if it is these that you are on about,remove 10mm clamp bolt remove pipes and fit new rings,depend if it is here that your leak is.

maybe better to source a good second hand rack from a scrappy,I take it the rack gaiter is filling up with oil,I have never heard of anyone replacing seals in a rack,if you struggle at a scrappy go to a motor factors where they will probably do an exchange unit.good luck
