when i put the grill on my stoves 720g oven,after 30 seconds there is a small bang then a funny noise like a flame thrower.i was tolds to take the front off and clean the inside as there might be a build up off carbon.dont know how to get the front off

You need to take off the surround which goes around the outside edge of your oven. Then open the grill door and just under the top edge there are three screws undo these and lift the bottom of the facia up towards you and the front will come off. Beware - hold the facia when undoing the screws
