Can we fix the cable hookup coming from the TV?
We have a 2004 Toshiba TV with VHS/DVD. Picture all of a sudden comes up snow. We replaced the cable & another TV works fine with it. Hooked back up to the Toshiba & still snow. Can the connection from the TV be replaced? by us? Thank you!
