The thermostat was working fine, had it for a few years, both the fan motor & water pump were operating, then water float got stuck and allowed the water level to drop below where it s/b, also found that the CIRCUIT BREAKER HAD TRIPPED.

I reset the circuit breaker but then the swamp cooler fan motor would turn on but not the water pump.
I had an new extra pump and replaced it, I found that the fan motor would turn on in any thermostat mode but the pump and the fan weren't on at the same time.

I replaced the digital programmable thermostat with a non-programmable digital thermostat, but the water pump and the fan motor still weren't on at the same time.

OBVIOUSLY THE COMPONENTS ARE WORKING BUT SOMETHING ELECTRICAL BEFORE I CHANGED THERMOSTATS!!!
