fix noisy exhaust fan in bathroom ceiling?

The exhaust fan is so noisy when turned on, that it sounds like the ceiling is going to take off. It has been cleaned, but still very noisy. It's connected to the light switch so therfore has to be used when needing light. Any ideas please.

You can disconnect it from the light and not have it operating but that defeats the object of ventilating the bathroom.

You can remove if from where it is and attempt to lubricate the bearings.

You can replace it with a new one - or have a specialist do it for you.

It does no good to be annoyed about a noise.
