hi we got a samsung ff model rshidbmh about a year ago second hand a few weeks ago the fan started making a loud noise we havent hurd this since but know the fridge temp is at 14oc and wont come down can anyone help or advice us

Iv had the same problem, you need a new compressor fitted, very costly and not a job for handy man. It will go into total meltdown very soon. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
