how can i remove the ice holder in my samsung fridge /freezer RS21?
I've tried to remover the ice compartment in the top of the freezer but it seems to be stuck.I've lifted it at the front as per instuctions in the manual but it seems stuck and i dont want to force it and cause damage,ani ideas please
