where is the reset button on this washing machine, have put a new pump on and the power cut out when the pump stopped. can anyone help ?

My washing machine won't start up seems to have no power or lights on the screen but when I spin the drum by hand the lights on the screen seem to come on there is power at the machine.model is a iw709au
