my washing machine keeps water inside the drum and does not empty and there are no blockages what do I do

check the filter" could be blocked up , it should be on the bottom, its a twist off cap . now when you open it , the water will start to come out , down from the drum. so be ready"and if its not a blocked filter it could be the pump, not working or not comming on ,,,,,,
