Our Freezer is 9 years old and has been trouble free until this week. It started to defrost on A.M. 3/7/10 with the red light on completely dead. P.M 4/7/10 it started to operate again. So we refilled the freezer on 6/7/10. It defrosted again that evening with the red light on again and did not operate again until sometime early evening 7/7/10. The freezer is set at Med. as it has always operated perfectly at that setting. Help! It is working at the moment but we don't want to put anything in the freezer at the moment because we don't want to lose anymore food.
