How do I take off the drum seal to gain access to the hose behind the seal ? I need to gain access due to a blockage as the water is no longer draining away. I have cleared debri from the filter at the rear but the problem still exists. I assume that there is a blockage in the hose at the front of the machine as I have had this problem before.
