need help, would you be able to tell me what to try and do to fix my mums minivator. In bad health so it urgently needs to be fixed, checked that power is running through and it is so i believe the batery is fine. One day it all of a sudden sped up for a second before completely clunking out, do you have any idea what i could do to resolve the problem??

Hello Toby,

We have seen your request for help fixing your Mum's stairlift. As the manufacturer we recommend that such work is undertaken by qualfied engineers. We are able to provide a (chargable) call out service or we can provide details of mobility dealers in your Mum's area. They may well offer a call out service. If you take this route you will need to them the approx age of the stairlift and also the model.

Just to clarify the position for you, Minivator has recently been bought by a company called Handicare, if you wish to arrange for one of our engineers to visit you can call us on 01384 408700. If you would like details of dealers in your area please email your Mum's postcode address to this address with a request for dealer details. I am afraid this format will not allow us to place an email address but you can find a link from the Minivator website.
