how can i fix my beko washing machine?

my machine is leaving black marks on my laundry it is abit like grease but not grease you can pick it off but it leaves tiny black stains

tilt the machine backwards slightly to stop the washing falling forward in to the door gasket.also do a boil wash program with no clothes in to flush machine
