The OE code on the front display of LG washing machines means that either the drain line at the back of the washer is plugged or that the drain pump is plugged. Most LG's have a cleanout in the pump. There should be a cover on the front of the washer you can remove. Behind that there will be a small hose and a big cap that you unscrew. Before you unscrew these make sure you are ready for an outpouring of water as both of these will drain the water out of your washer. When you pull the big cap out, it will have a filter attached to it, you will be able to clean out whatever is blocking your pump, screw it back in and then your washer should run OK. Make sure that drain hose is also not plugged or kinked so that the washer can drain unrestricted.
