My Reebock Irun has failed, the blue screen comes on as required but wheni push the programme button the conveyor fails to move.
there is no smell of burning or any sparks.
Please help or is it something Rebocks people will have to deal with?

I have the same problem. It happened after we moved house and the belt 'gear' was displaced. Now I realigned everything and I can move the belt manually, but motor does not even try spinning. When checking the voltage, I can see the same DC voltage on both M+ and M- whatever speed I select. Seems that the amplifier is not working.
I keep you posted if I make any progress.
