is the drum in my fa1035e factory sealed or can i split it to replace the bearings. there are no visible screws nuts or bolts.

I agree with Peter, Done the same and found the drum unit it sealed.
and its not very old. We seam to cry when the earth materiels are burned up but don't seam to design simple fix solutions to appliances. This machine willl be on the tip in the next few days and other washing machine ordered at a cost to me and the environment.

hi I've just taken my whole machine to pieces and as far as I can see the drum is moulded together and it's impossible to replace the bearing on it's own, I've replaced them before on other machines but it seems that you have to replace the whole inner and outer drum for one bearing, I'll NEVER buy zanussi again,4 years and the drum bearing gone its rubbish,Peter
