I had this trouble with my domina 80. The flow of water causes a small fan inside the water inlet pipe to turn which creates a current witch sends a signal to the boiler to turn on.If you look for what looks like a valve on the cold water inlet pipe under the boiler, but instead of a tap, it has electric wires coming from the top of it.If a bit of muck gets into fan ,it stops turning. While the hot water is running tap the side of the valve with a hammer, this worked for me. If it doesnt clear you will have to take the valve off and clean it.if its faulty I suppose replace it. Hope this helps , it may be something completely different on your model.
