we had a burglary in april and they apparently used a steel ruler and a crow bar to force open the front door how can i stop this happening again please.

your door will ov already been reinforced if manufactured correctly but unfortunatley doors r so easy to get into i have been making them for 15 years all i suggest is u fit some sash jammers for extra security and change to a shoot bolt system if u dont already have them the most secure door is the composite door very safe

you can buy sash jammers which is basically a lever that is attached to the door/window frame and flips down over the door sash preventing it from opening.
google upvc accessories and see what you think. i have them on my doors
